Client Satisfaction

We view customer satisfaction as essential in our efforts to becoming Your Translation PartnerTM. As part of our ISO-certified Quality System, we carry out Quality and Client Satisfaction Surveys. These surveys are designed to measure customer satisfaction in four major areas: Pre-Production, Production, Post-Production and General.

In addition to these surveys, Excel Translations' ISO 9001:2000 certified quality management system provides many other opportunities for clients to provide feedback to its services and to express their level of satisfaction. Monitoring, measuring, and analyzing data is essential to all components of our processes. While many companies “talk” about quality, Excel Translations measures and tracks quality.
